Return Policy: Store Credit Only
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer store credit for returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please note the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as breakable items and items marked as final sale.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return, please follow the prompts in the returns portal within 14 days of receiving your item. The system will provide you with a return authorization, label, and instructions for returning the item.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your account within 3-5 business days.
